Locate your natural waist. It is the smallest point between your bottom ribs and hip bones, usually just above your belly button. To measure, relax your stomach and lie the tape measure flat around your waist, allowing for ¼ inch of slack.
Our clothing is intended to fit snug for proper firearm retention. If you are in between sizes, we recommend the next size up.

Fits a fat guy snugly, but did wear them all day with a loaded subcompact. Not for quick draw use, but fine for deep conceal carry.

Well I recently moved to Florida from Chicago, and they do not share reprocity law with each other. So I had to reapply for my conceal carry license here in Florida, so I've only been able to wear your product around the house. But they are comfortable and look forward to wearing them all the time once I receive my conceal carry license.
snug fit, no weapon movement. my regular carry is ruger lcr .357 and it's the most comfortable concealed carry system i've found. no movement issues or printing, even when wearing a tee-shirt(untucked of course).
Fit and function are second to none, I’ve tried many holsters but my biggest concern was comfort and there isn’t anything more comfortable than these. Can wear and carry with anything basketball shorts, sweats dress pants! Great product, I only wish they were a little more affordable!!
Since I have a skinny waist, I have issues trying to hide a typical holster. These briefs keep it tight to your waist with very little print. Also very comfortable to wear standing or sitting. Will be buying more in future.

These concealed carry briefs are great. My son is very picky and he loves them and feels that his hand gun is secure. They are perfect for when he wears sweatpants or shorts that have an elastic waist. A size small fits him perfect, his waist is a 31/32.

Medium fits perfect if you’re a little bigger in the thighs as a medium with standard boxer briefs. I have bigger thighs so these fit perfectly. If I had smaller more standard thighs it may feel the right fit but I’d try the medium but also purchase small to be safe. I can only vouch for what I know and as a medium with thick thighs, these feel and fit great.
Bought these for my husband. He likes the way they fit and that his gun will fit and still be somewhat concealed.

Great product. Comfortable to wear while carrying. Not sure how long Undertech has been on the market but I would have better spent many hundreds of dollars over trying to find a comfortable carry method.

I’m normally a L in underwear. I’m a 36 or 38 pant, depending on cut/brand. Ordered L and wish I had tried a M. I carry a Ruger SR40C and there’s a slight amount of sag. Felt like I was pulling them up more than I’d like. Maybe an excuse to buy a lighter gun. Quality is great, I’ll definitely be buying another pair.

I am able to wear my shirt tucked in if I want to and nothing shows. I don't know of any other holster that works this way. I am very pleased with this item so far and I am thinking of getting another one later.
I purchased a White pair first. Wore them for a little over a week. Very comfortable and No pain or discomfort in sitting. Belt or not, wearing shorts, no difference. A completely natural ride and feel. Had to get the Plaid. Now need Black.

Best for comfort and hold. Hides me shield beder thin eny other holster I have. Getting the hang of the draw is harder but not bad over all i will be getting more.

As a bigger guy I have a problem with normal holsters pulling my pants down. I have a hard enough time keeping them up as it is. This has worked the best for me. I bought 2 of them and I will be buying more to get me through the week.
