The events of 2020 has led to quite the year. With the unprecedented demand for all firearm related products, order volume increased dramatically and we are doing everything possible to process and ship orders quickly. Over Black Friday and Cyber Monday we received a record number of orders, and for that we are truly grateful. Unfortunately, 2020 also brought a new set of restrictive work policies from the state of California. Some of these state-enforced policies have led to longer fulfillment times than we strive for... and for that we are truly sorry.
We have adopted new shipping procedures to combat the fluid California work policies in response to COVID-19. We have hired more employees and dramatically expanded our shipping hours. We have also made a ton of progress on our new additional shipping facility in Nashville, TN, all in an effort to ship you your package as quickly as possible, while still maintaining proper social distancing. We know that now more than ever, during the holiday season, it is crucial to send you your order in a timely manner.
In an effort to be as transparent as possible with our customers, you will notice that the graphic on the top of this page includes what day we are shipping from. This is just one way to put your mind at ease, that your order will in fact arrive in time for the holidays. As you can see, we have "made it over the hump" of the orders that were placed the weekend of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. What that means is that we will once again, start to catch up on the shipping backlog. We have worked with USPS and FedEx to obtain current shipping estimates. As long as your product is ordered by December 16th, it will arrive in time for Christmas.
